villa boasts lovely views of the hills around
Sainte Maxime and the blue Mediterranean
beyond. The private grounds around the
house are well tended and the house is ideal
for outside living with a large terrace
leading to the pool and plenty of covered
outside dining space.
Entering the villa from the gated parking
area to the rear, you enter onto the first floor
where you will find the master bedroom
with its large private sun terrace and a small
bedroom study. Stairs lead to the main
living area with a sunken TV sitting area
and an open plan dining room which leads
to the terrace and the pool. The kitchen is
well equipped and you have the option to
take advantage of the covered summer
kitchen on the terrace as well. The nearest
beach is at Nartelle - 900 meters away and
the excellent Ste. Maxime golf course is
also nearby. Ste. Maxime is a lovely seaside
town where you can enjoy the market, stroll
along the harbor gazing at the yachts and
the lights of St. Tropez, enjoy the summer
fireworks and events, eat at a wide range of
fantastic restaurants or play the night away
at the Casino.
