Villa Nikita is situated just a few minutes drive from the center of St. Tropez, on the road to Tahiti Beach. The beach is approx. 1.5 kms. from the property. From the property there are beautiful views over the countryside to the sea in the distance.
The accommodation is in two adjoining buildings. The main tower building has an open and bright living area and kitchen on the ground floor, and the master bedroom on the first floor, with stunning views over the garden to the sea in the distance. The adjoining building houses another five bedrooms, all accessed independently from the terraces and garden. Recently refurbished, the stylish interiors are contemporary and minimalist, in design and very well furnished and equipped. The living area and kitchen open to the terraces and garden, including a dining terrace, seating 10 people with a gas BBQ. The beautiful flat garden has a large lawn area, flower beds and palm trees. The 16 x 32 ft. swimming pool is surrounded by a terrace, furnished with sun loungers. Access to the property is by security gates into a parking area for two cars.
