This luxurious, newly built villa is situated just a 10 minute walk from the beach at Epi Plage, home of the famous Nikki Beach Club and the excellent Les Jumeaux restaurant. Sun loungers are available for rent here, and facilities for water sports. The property is quite private, hidden amongst the bamboo, pine trees and vineyards, which characterize this part of the coast.
Doors open right along the front of the villa to a covered terrace with dining and sitting areas, and a BBQ. Beyond this is a small lawn and a pathway leading to the pool area. The huge pool is 36 x 36 ft., and the surrounding deck is furnished with comfortable, good quality sun loungers.
The interior of the house is light and spacious, quite minimalist in style, with cream tiled floors, high ceilings and white walls adorned with large modern paintings. The very large living room has a sitting end with an 8-seater white sofa and four large armchairs, a fireplace, huge plasma TV and CD player. The other end is a dining area, opening to a well equipped kitchen. There is a studio bedroom on the ground floor, opening to the front terrace, and a further six bedrooms, all with en-suite baths on the first floor. All of the beds can be made as either twins or doubles and the house is fully AIR CONDITIONED.
Ground Floor: Entrance hall with two staircases to the first floor – Very spacious living / dining room and well equipped kitchen = Separate bedroom with en-suite bath, accessed from front terrace
First Floor: Six double / twin bedrooms with en-suite baths. The bedrooms all have doors enabling them to be liked to another bedroom if required and all have separate keys so they can be kept locked.
Maid service: Obligatory 20 hours per week, paid locally
Distances: Beach at Epi Plage – 10 minute walk, St. Tropez – 6 kms., Ramatuelle – 4 kms.
