Set on the edge of the Maures, just a few
minutes from Grimaud and within easy
reach of St. Tropez, Savannah has superb
views and new modern facilities.
A short drive on a dirt road surrounded by
cork trees and pine, brings you to this
wonderful new house. Savannah is located
in a clearing of vineyards and forest, and has
the most marvelous panoramic of the
Maures Mountains, the vineyards of the Val
de Gilly and the Bay of St. Tropez, just
visible above the forest. While you feel
completely hidden away and private, you
are just 4 kms. from the beautiful villages of
la Grande Freinet and Grimaud and only 8
kms. from the nearest beach.
Outside, terraces surround Savannah on
three sides and the southern terrace overlooks
the large infinity pool which makes the most
of the views. The house is made for outdoor
living and this terrace is ideal for al fresco
dining. It has a large dining table and leads
through to the bright, modern kitchen,
complete with fireplace and a smaller dining
table for cooler nights or a change of scenery.
Inside the house is light and airy with all of
the mod cons including a TV area with SAT
TV and DVD off of the kitchen /dining room
and a large living room with fireplace and
terrace. Savannah has four bedrooms, all with
AIR CONDITIONING and wooden floors;
the master bedroom with en-suite bat is on the
ground floor and opens onto a terrace. The
three further bedrooms are on the first floor; a
lovely double bedroom with en-suite bath and
a terrace, a large double and a twin bedroom
(ideal for children).
