Located in one of the most enviable positions in St. Tropez this 5
bedroom property has every element for the perfect holiday. Set in
walled gardens the villa is very private whilst being just a 3 minute walk
to Pampelonne beach and the world famous restaurant Club55 .The
gardens are full of flowers and feature a beautiful swimming pool with
outdoor jaccuzzi, sun terraces with teak single and double sunbeds and
a covered Balinese style day bed for relaxing in the shade. There are
several terraces, all with sea views, which incorporate an outside dining
area, barbeque and wood burning pizza oven as well as several sofas
and coffee tables for relaxing with a drink and enjoying the sea breeze.
There are five bedrooms, four on the first floor. The master suite has a
private terrace with panoramic sea view, a comfortable seating area, a
dressing room, and a spa bathroom with multi jet shower. The bedroom
has another seating area with television; video and music system. There
is a second master with marble spa bathroom, private terrace with
seating area and a second seating area in the bedroom with television
and video. Here you will also find an additional two double bedrooms
sharing a bathroom.The ground floor is the location of the fifth bedroom
suite with bathroom and seating area, this opens directly onto the
terrace. All bedrooms have air conditioning. The property had a spacious
and comfortable living area with big screen television, DVD, video and
“Bose” sound system as well as a large fully fitted kitchen and a dining
and breakfast area.
The property has been decorated to the highest standard and your every
wish anticipated and catered for. Price includes linen, twice weekly maid
service and utilities. Extra maid service and private chef can be
organised at extra cost, as can in-villa massage and beautician.
