This beautiful house is situated on a private domain in St Tropez
with the most spectacular panoramic view of the Bay from St
Tropez itself all the way around to Port Grimaud.
On entrance level of the house is the large living room with
television, stereo, comfortable seating and a large feature
fireplace. Also here is the dining area and a small but fully fitted
kitchen. At the front of the house is a lovely shaded terrace with
potted flowers and a dining table and chairs. At the rear there is a
terrace which runs the length of the house and has access from
the living room, kitchen and master bedroom which is also on this
level.
The master bedroom is a double with its own private shower room
with twin showers and twin basins. On the lower (pool) level of the
house are a further 3 bedrooms. Two are doubles which can be
converted to singles if necessary. Each of these has a brand new
private bathroom or shower room and direct access to the pool
terrace.
There is a large covered terrace which has a dining table and
chairs as well as comfortable sofas and chairs in which to relax
and enjoy the view. The pool itself measures 10 x 5 metres and is
surrounded by sun loungers and a multitude of colourful flowers
and shrubs. The pool also features a new alarm system.This is a
lovely house which is further enhanced by its location and the
breathtaking views.
