This beautiful old farmhouse a few miles from St Tropez has been
recently totally renovated by its owners. Set in 8 acres of fully fenced
and gated gardens with mature olive and pine trees this is a really
secluded property but with stunning views over the bay and Port
Cogolin. There are many terraces for sunbathing or sitting and a new 10
x 5 metre pool with wooden sun beds and views across a wooded valley.
There is also a boule piste and parking for many cars.
Inside the house no expense has been spared to make this a really
comfortable place to relax and enjoy your holiday. The lounge is very
large with lots of sofas and chairs with a feature fireplace and satellite
TV /stereo cabinet in Chinese lacquer. The dining room has room for at
least twelve people to eat as well as a grand piano. The kitchen is
modern with every possible appliance including two coffee makers!! Also
on this floor is a small study / library and entrance hall.
On the first floor are three bedrooms. The master suite has its own
bathroom and a private roof terrace with outdoor shower and there is a
further twin room with its own shower room and a king-size with private
bathroom. The lower ground floor has 2 further bedrooms, one twin and
one twin/double which share a shower room. It is possible to put extra
beds in these rooms if necessary. This is a lovely family holiday
hideaway within easy reach of St Tropez, Pampelonne beach, Cogolin
town and the main supermarkets.
