Once inside the gates of this large village property, with its views over a field of olive trees, you feel as if you are almost in the heart of the countryside. In fact, the shops, the weekly market, cafes and restaurants of Maussane are just a few minutes walk away.

The house is constructed of local stone and offers three floors of spacious accommodation. An extensive gravel terrace to the front has several large plane trees for shade and an outdoor dining area. Beyond this, there is a large sun terrace with a 15 x 32 ft. swimming pool, and furnished with teak furniture and terra cotta pots of flowering plants.

The accommodation is on three floors and the rooms all have high ceilings and are feshly decorated and are furnished in a traditional style. The property is ideal for those wanting to be able to walk to village amenities, yet have the space and facilities of a large country house.
