Mas de l’Esperance is a beautiful, newly built property in typical Provencal style, with a stone façade and pale blue shutters. It is located close to the very pretty villages of Paradou and Maussane, in the heart of the Les Alpilles region. The historic hilltop village of Lex Baux is also a short drive away. With several pedestrian footpaths starting from the house, it is a perfect location for walkers, and also for golfers, being close to the golf courses at Les Baux and Mouries.

Access is via a tree lines driveway and an electric security gate into the grounds of the property. The garden is filled with pine and olive trees, fruit trees and rock gardens, as well as a 16 x 48 ft. swimming pool with step access. There is also a boules pitch and four bicycles.

The spacious and bright interiors are decorated and furnished to a very high standard. A pergola covered terrace to the front of the house is the perfect spot for outdoor meals while enjoying the peaceful and tranquil surroundings.
