This fabulous property encloses a classic 18th century Aixoise “Maison de Maitre” just 6 kms. from Eguilles (all shops, services and a supermarket). It is conveniently located just 8 kms. northwest of Aix-en-Provence, an attractive and lively town of “a thousand fountains” with a daily food market, a general market on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, an antique book market on the first Sunday of the month, and many cultural festivals throughout the year. Set in 25 acres of rolling olive groves, lavender fields, cypress, oak trees and fruit orchards, the property lies in a haven of peace and tranquility.

Maison de L’Etoile is a rare experience. Plenty of light, wonderful space, enchanting interior design, rich in art, sculpture and a superb level of comfort. With extensive views over the rich French countryside to the mountains of the Massif de l’Etoile in the far south. There is a wonderful mix of tradition and modernity. The property, which is surrounded by parkland trees, consists of a traditional Bastide (Aixoise Maison de Maitre) and a range of other buildings. The spacious proportions of the interior have been respected in the high quality renovation. The furnishings are very comfortable and tasteful with many interesting decorative pieces.
