In one of the vaults is a very well equipped kitchen with a central work island and professional stove. There is an adjacent dining area with seating for 12 and a large stone fireplace. An archway leads to the second vault and the stylish main salon which has been delightfully furnished and has SAT TV, VCR and CD player. Patio doors lead both from the dining area and the living room to covered terraces. The laundry room has outside access. The bedroom accommodation is made up of two double and three twin bedrooms. On the ground floor is a twin bedroom with en-suite bath and small living room and kitchenette. This suite would be suitable for a nanny. Stairs lead up to a further two twin bedrooms. At this level, there is an additional living room with French doors to a terrace. The large master double bedroom has a fireplace with sitting area, en-suite bath with dressing room and doors to the terrace. There is a second double bedroom with en-suite bath. Wooden stairs lead up from the living room to a mezzanine level with SAT TV, DVD player and VCR. The décor of the house is in keeping with the traditional style of Provence, with crepi walls, flagstone floors, and bright, soft furnishings. There is extensive terracing on two sides of the house with a barbecue and outdoor furniture. To the rear of the property are outstanding views of the Luberon valley.
