Built of local honey colored stone, La Maison
de Manon sits on an elevated position
towards the western end of the Luberon. This
is a new villa, that is built to the highest of
standards.
Light and airy throughout, the pale color
washed walls complement the cool, tiled
floors, and from the main windows there are
wonderful views over the gardens and the
valley. Off of the entrance hall is the living
room with an open fireplace which is
furnished with cool white sofas and has SAT
TV and a DVD player. The modern, spacious
kitchen, with stainless steel appliances and
grey units, is well equipped and has a dining
table and a separate laundry room with a
washer / dryer. The kitchen opens onto two
terraces which surround the house. There is
a dining room with French doors that open
to the rear terrace. Also on the ground floor
is a half bath and an en-suite bedroom while
the other two share a bath. On the first floor
is a master bedroom with en-suite bath and a
private terrace with far reaching views. There
are two further en-suite bedrooms. One of the
features of the six bedrooms is that they can
all be made up as either twins or doubles. The
house is surrounded by lawns and terracing
and in the rear is a covered, furnished dining
area, perfect for long, lazy al fresco lunches.
Steps lead down through the lawns to the
large swimming pool which is surrounded
by furnished terraces. The pool is heated and
has an electric cover.
