front there lies a large open terrace sheltered
by two magnificent plane trees, equipped
with a comfortable set of garden furniture,
BBQ and dining table, a great setting for al
fresco dining and a place to enjoy the views.

On the ground floor, the living room is
spacious and comfortable with a number of
sofas, armchairs, a grand piano and the
additional comfort of a fantastic fireplace.
In the spring and autumn, when it is neither
