This elegant villa is situated in the heights of Mandelieu with
superb sea views. It is set in fully enclosed gardens with
electronic gates and sweeping drive up to the two car
garage. The villa, being built on a hillside, has three floors.
The ground floor has an elegant hallway and marble
staircase leading to the first floor, here there is also an
elevator for guest’s convenience.
The ground floor also has a large double bedroom with ensuite
bathroom and doors leading to the front terrace and
small fish pond.
On the first floor are the main living areas, a vast sitting
room with feature fireplace and comfortable sofas, and an
elegant dining room, both with glass doors leading onto the
pool terrace, in addition there is a modern fully fitted kitchen
with breakfast bar.
The pool terrace runs the length of the house with lots of
sun loungers, an outside dining area and built in barbeque.
The upper floor has three further bedrooms. The master has
twin beds, a dressing room, en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi
and separate shower together with a private balcony. The
remaining bedrooms consist of two doubles, both en-suite
which share a balcony.
