This newly refurbished 3 bedroom house is quite a rare find. With
modern interiors and stylish terraces and gardens as well as
unsurpassed sea views it takes a lot of beating. The owners have
taken a great deal of care to blend modern interiors with the
stunning location and as a result this is a superb holiday home.
The grounds are fully secure and access to parking for 2 or 3 cars
is via electronic gates.
On the entry level floor of the house is the large dining, study,
library area with piano and stereo system as well as a brand new
fully fitted kitchen and large living room with plasma screen
television, feature fireplace and comfortable seating. All of these
rooms open onto a wooden decked terrace with outside dining
table and plenty of seating as well as the stunning views of the
sea and the marina at Port de la Figueirette. The entire house
benefits from an ecologically sound Canadian air cooling system
which although not as effective as air conditioning does offer
some respite from summer temperatures.
The bedrooms are on the lower level and comprise the master
with double bed, dressing area and bathroom, a further double
with en suite shower room and a self contained studio with
bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette. Again, each of the bedrooms
has access to a further wooden decked terrace from which steps
lead down through the rose and cactus filled gardens to the 9 x 5
metres swimming pool area. This area is totally private and again
has beautiful sea views as well as timber decking and sun beds.
Due to the nature of the grounds and terraces we would not
suggest this to be a suitable property for families with young
children but it is perfect for older families or a group of friends.
