The owners have created a very high quality home with lots of style and design flair is evident throughout the house. Upon arrival the first thing you notice are the beautifully tended gardens and the 11 x 5 metre heated saltwater pool and its sun terrace .The whole of the gardens are lit at night creating both ambiance and additional security. The main living areas of the house are situated on the first floor with a formal sitting room with comfortable sofas which also has a small balcony with a table and chairs for breakfast or drinks. The formal dining room is also on this level as is the brand new fitted kitchen with a glazed breakfast room overlooking the rear gardens and carp pond with fountain. There is also a twin/double bedroom on this floor with its own private bathroom with huge bathtub. The other three bedrooms are on the ground floor with each one opening directly onto the pool terrace. There is one king size with dressing room and bathroom, one queen size with sitting room and TV. / DVD and a further double room. The latter two share a shower room. To the side of the house is a superb summer kitchen in a Moroccan style which has dining for 10 people, comfortable sofas, a wood burning barbeque /pizza oven and a separate cooker, fridge, sink etc. This beautiful house is also suitable for out of season rental as it has is full central heating.
