This large fully air conditioned villa is situated in the hills above
Cannes with spectacular views over the bay. In its own private
grounds with security gates and on site guardian this is the
perfect retreat from the busy town below, yet within a ten minute
drive to the Croisette, beach, shops and restaurants. It is also
within a ten minute drive to the A8 autoroute for easy access to
Nice Airport, Monaco and Nice itself.
Each room is furnished with great taste and on the entry level
floor is a large salon which overlooks the terrace and swimming
pool, a separate dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, guest
cloakroom and the first two of five bedrooms. Both of these
bedrooms are doubles and each has its own en suite bathroom.
On the first floor are three further bedrooms, two are twins with
their own en suite shower rooms and the third is a double, again
with it’s own shower room. Each of these bedrooms also has its
own private terrace. There is the possibilty of using another twin
bedroom with en-suite shower on the first floor in peak season,
giving the property 6 bedrooms.
On the main terrace is the swimming pool with great views over
the Bay of Cannes as well as a summer kitchen with barbeque.
There is also a toilet and shower in this area. The lower level of
the house has a games room.
Price includes linen, utilities and weekly cleans. Additional staff
