As well as a 13 x 7.5 metre swimming pool there are 97 mature olive trees, a play area with swings, a golf practice net and a boule court in the grounds. The house is approached along a small road and you enter via electric security gates to a parking area for several cars. The main house has retained many original features including beamed ceilings and stone floors. On the ground floor is an entrance area which has a desk with high speed internet access and seating, from here you enter the living room with comfortable chairs, sofa and a feature cupboard housing the stereo. There is also UK Sky television as well as DVD. Off this room is the formal dining room which, as well as having an antique table and chairs, also has steamer chairs in front of the panoramic window to the gardens. The kitchen is just off the dining room and features every modern appliance including dishwasher and espresso maker. There are 5 bedrooms in the main house with the master having its own bathroom. There is then one double and one twin room sharing a bathroom and a further double and twin sharing a shower room. Most of these bedrooms have telephone, stereo and television with video. Outside is a lovely covered dining area with bar and wood burning barbeque/ pizza oven. In addition to these bedrooms there is a converted stable block housing another 2 double rooms as well as sitting room, dining area, bathroom and kitchen. This can be rented with the main house if necessary. The pool area has plentiful teak sun loungers as well as parasols and tables. This area also has a summer kitchen with barbeque and bar. This is a beautiful old house which has been restored to the very highest standards and, unusually for this area, is able to accommodate up to 14 guests in absolute comfort.
