The terraced gardens have many quiet and shady areas in which to sit and admire the view across Nice to the sea. The fully fenced and alarmed pool (6 x 12 metres) has spacious sun terraces and a summer kitchen with barbeque, fridge and teak dining table and chairs. The house has a formal dining room with doors leading to an outside balcony and a charming living room with open fireplace, television with UK satellite channels and a music system, there is an additional CD player beside the pool. There is a fully fitted provencal kitchen/breakfast room and a laundry room with washer and dryer. There are two principle bedrooms both with en-suite bathrooms and a double, twin and children’s room with bunk beds which share a family shower room. All bedrooms have air-conditioning. Price includes airport pickup, maid service twice a week and linen. Electricity is charged extra and metered.
