This charming four bedroom house is set on one of the best secure
domaines in the area. It has its own pool but there is an additional
communal pool as well as tennis courts and a snack bar – ideal for
families with independent teenagers. The house itself has been recently
refurbished with beautiful decoration and furnishing as well as new
shower rooms in a Provencal style.
The ground floor has the main living areas with a new fully fitted kitchen
with table and chairs, sitting room with satellite t v and DVD and a
separate dining room. These rooms open onto a terrace which has a
dining table and chairs as well as easy chairs and a built in barbeque
chimney. The pool terrace is fenced for safety and has a variety of sun
lounges. The pool measures 8 x 5 metres and is a maximum of 1.2
metres deep so also making it ideal for families with young children .The
gardens are very pretty and well maintained – there is also a goldfish
pond with fountain.
There are two double bedrooms on the ground floor, one is a four
poster, and they each have their own shower room and access to the
gardens.
On the first floor are two more double bedrooms one with a canopy over
the bed and the other with its own sitting area. This room does, however,
have low beams. These two rooms share a shower room.
In all this is a very warm and inviting house with its own grounds, plenty
of parking and security system yet a few minutes from the pretty town of
Valbonne and 15 minutes from Cannes.
