A very unusual find, a converted 250 year old water mill in the
heart of the South of France. The mill is set in 4 acres of private
terraced gardens with a river meandering through. This charming
home has been lovingly restored by the current owners and
provides very flexible accommodation.
The main building has an open plan living /dining room with
television and DVD player. From here there are doors leading out
to a balcony with views across the river. There is a fully fitted
kitchen and a second sitting room with internet access and guest
bathroom. You take a spiral staircase to the master bedroom with
sitting area, feature fireplace, dressing room, en-suite bathroom
with ball and claw bath and a private balcony.
Level with the top floor of the house is the pool area with 11x4
metre swimming pool and dining and seating area under a flower
covered pergola. There are two small independent studios on the
lower ground, one a double with en-suite shower room and
seating area and the second a double with en-suite shower room,
sitting room and small seating area with day bed, dining table and
fridge with the added decoration of the mill wheel in the bedroom.

The gardens are beautifully cared for with terraced lawns, flower
beds and various seating areas scattered throughout. The stream
running through the property provides a calming background
noise, and is ideal for a cooling paddle.
