Accessed by electronic gates the property has secure off road parking for 2 cars. To the front of the house is an Italianate courtyard with fountain and lots of lavender together with a splendid lemon tree. The gardens to the side and rear are mostly laid to lawn with a selection of shrubs and trees and here you will find the lovely swimming pool with an interlinking children’s pool just 18inches deep and a large dining and sunbathing terrace. The villa has been totally renovated and is decorated in predominantly cream giving it a cool, contemporary atmosphere. The interiors include a spacious fully fitted kitchen/breakfast room, a dining room and a very pleasant and comfortable lounge with satellite television and DVD. There are two telephone lines, one for internet use. The ground floor has two bedrooms, one with sleigh bed and en-suite bathroom the other a double with en-suite shower room, in addition there is another small sitting room with sofa bed and shower room that can be used for children. The first floor has the master bedroom with dressing room, ensuite bathroom and terrace and a further double with en-suite bathroom sharing the same large sun terrace. Both of these bedrooms benefit from air conditioning and have sea views. All bedrooms are spacious and very well appointed. This is a very lovely house and makes an ideal holiday venue for those enjoying the sophistication of the area and the close proximity to the sandy beaches.
