Located in the hills just above Golfe Juan this lovely 5 bedroom
villa benefits from stunning sea views. The house is reached
through electronic gates and then down a fairly steep drive past a
neighbouring house. The property is newly built and has very
modern interiors and furnishings. As the house is built on a
hillside you enter on the first floor. Here you will find 4 bedrooms,
a large double with balcony, en-suite bathroom with corner bath,
private sunterrace and a kitchenette for preparing breakfast or
drinks.
The three other double bedrooms share a large family shower
room and have a fully fitted kitchen, again for preparing breakfast
and drinks. All bedrooms have air conditioning.
There is a sweeping staircase to the lower floor where you will
find a fully fitted kitchen/breakfast room and formal dining room
and comfortable sitting room. There is satellite television, stereo
and a telephone/internet connection. The fifth bedroom is located
on this floor with direct access to the pool terrace and a private
bathroom with Jacuzzi and separate shower. The covered terrace
running along the front of the house has an outside dining table
and chairs and various seating options, all with sea views. To one
side there is a summer kitchen with bar area and to the other side
of the house a table tennis table and a sauna. The infinity pool
has a small sun terrace and garden, being on a hillside there are
steep drops so therefore we do not recommend the property for
very young children.
The house has video entry phone and a central system for closing
the electronic shutters.
